We have an air-conditioned reception and consulting room with comfortable seating.

items for sale

We also sell a range of food, including special diets, treats, equipment and toys for dogs and cats. There is a limited amount of space available, so if you do not see what you require, please ask as we may have the item in stock or will be pleased to order it for you.

Please bear in mind that attending the vet can be stressful for some pets, so carry cats, rabbits, rodents and other small animals in a secure case or cage and keep dogs under control and on a lead.

In-House Laboratory

Our modern in-house laboratory allows us to detect and diagnose rapidly conditions that would take far longer if sent to outside facilities. We run full blood screening, pre-operative blood tests, urine analysis and routine microscopy tests. We run also in house screening for dermatophytes (ringworm), feline leukaemia and feline AIDS.

Alternative and Complementary Medicine

There is a rapidly growing interest in the field of alternative therapies for animals including homeopathy, acupuncture, herbal remedies, osteopathy, mctimmonny therapy and hydrotherapy. We may recommend sending animals for one or more of these treatments and are happy to discuss the benefits of each during consultation.

Hospital and Kennels
